As of today the most popular technology may be considered technology of commercial concrete floors with hardened top coating, so called "topping". Sphere of application of this technology is rather wide: new floors in residential, office, commercial buildings and premises, warehouses and shopping complexes, garages, parking etc.

• introduction of dry or wet hardener onto the surface of fresh concrete and its subsequent embedding with the help of blade machines ("helicopters")
• step-by-step trimming of hardening mixture by discs and processing of the concrete floor surface with blades of a trowelling machine
• treatment with acrylic lacquers for blockage of moisture in concrete for its uniform maturing
• arrangement of movement joints and their filling with sealants.
