Arrangement of self-levelling commercial floors

• Before applying of levelling mass, the basis should be thoroughly cleaned from peeling or starved spots, laitance, dust, traces of oil, paint, and other substances worsening adhesion.

• Interpanel joints, cavities of more than 4-5 mm should be made off with maintenance fillings, in necessary it is possible to use reinforcing net made of alkali-resistant glass fibre.
• Priming of surface for improvement of adhesion between the applied material and the basis, reduction of consumption of tempering water from mortar in the process of its gardening, and providing of the basis with waterproofing properties.

• Dry mixture shall be added to water and mixed thoroughly with the help of a rabble with a special head till obtaining of homogeneous mass containing no clods and clot.
• Immediately after its preparation, the mixture is to be poured over the floor in the form of strips 30-50 cm wide, and spreaded over the surface with the help of a wide serrated spatula.
• For the purpose of removal of air-cells, the poured mass shall be treated with special spiked roller.
• After drying, the surface shall be treated by lacquer-membrane generator.
• Draught during pouring an drying are not permissible.
  Coating received from high-quality mixture is practically nonshrink, is characterized by hardness and high durability.
