- Requirements to the basis
The basis on which the coating is to be applied must be able to endure necessary mechanical loads (concrete quality according to DIN 1045 not less than В 25, adhesive tensile strength 1.5 N/sq. mm min. ), and should not contain any dead-water. Separation layers and contaminations, such as oil, lubricants, resin residues etc. Should be removed my mechanical method with the help of a scraper, grinding, a blasting or shot-blast machine.
Pour the component В to reservoir with the component А and mix with the help of an electric mixer (300-400 rpm) during 3-5 min. After mixing the composition should be poured into another reservoir, and residues adherent to the walls and the bottom of container should be scraped off and mixed again with the mixture during 1 - 2 min.
In order to obtain a uniform layer, the material is to be applied by roller or brush. During application and hardening, it is necessary to provide for proper ventilation, especially at temperature lower than +10 ˚С in order to prevent violation of hardening and drying process.
